A wonderfully patinated vintage example in excellent, solid original condition complete with ventilation holes for the bait to the front and back. Circa 1930s. Owner’s name (‘Roger Stanger’) and further lettering engraved into the lid. A lovely kaleidoscope of old paint to the exterior with the two original brass clasps to secure the lid still in place. Clean painted interior offering potential for the collector of angling memorabilia and/or a quirky storage solution.
