This is a really cute example of the tin toy submarine produced by the English brand Sutcliff. Unda-Wunda was the first submarine produced by the Sutcliffe Company from 1934. The paint was originally grey & red but in 1951 was changed to yellow & then blue. In very good decorative order with the original paint remaining very vibrant. The funnel is a later replacement.
