Probably circa 1930s, a well observed study of a gentlemen in full swing! In superb original condition & presented within its original hugely decorative gilded frame.  Prestigious aged provenance via the label to the rear – “Carvers & Gilders Picture Makers & Restorers LTD, London” (by Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II) which adds authenticity to its judged antiquity.
